Task Board Rule

Always update tasks in Mission Control as work progresses. When starting a task → move to In Progress. When complete → Done. When blocked or needs Alex's input → In Review. Read /workspace/mission-control-data/tasks.json and write updates directly to that file.

Agent Org Structure

  • Faith (main) — Director. High-level strategy, task routing, Mission Control, system building.
  • Rex (rex) — Client Operations. Owns weekly contract update emails and all client deadline tracking.
  • More specialized agents to come as scope grows.
